Unfortunately I don't work with alloy materials, i got my ideas to work with stainless some 6 years ago after looking at the condition of alloy products on cars made by the bigger named companies here in UK. After looking at a set Courtesy used to sell a couple years ago for about $395, am very happy with the result from stainless, to me it gives it that slight edge on "class" when the door is opened and your 1st impression. The sills follow every contour/fold/bend the original has and has the upper raised part at the back, to round of the front which can barely be seen would involve slightly more work and welding, thus increasing the overall cost, it also sits very snug up against the start of the inside plastic trim at the front, so looks well :-) Shipping to Canada is no extra fellas. Dull stainless can be done, but would require 5 buyers am afraid. The IAA vlave feed pipe will be with Tim within a week and anyone can upgrade to this as the Aussie guys did and just about fits in teh boxes i had made to suit the sills. Pipe will be supplied with choice of red/blue/black/yellow silicone and suit TT and N/A (though a little different) Over 60 sets sold so far guys, everyone likes em when fitted... cheers smithy
